Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders on the same day if it is placed before 2:00PM AEST (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on a business day, and on the next business day otherwise, excluding weekends and public holidays. If the order is placed on Friday after 2:00PM AEST or public holidays, the order will be dispatched on the following business day. Shipping days do not include public holidays.

To ensure our parcels are delivered to you safely and securely, all our parcels are signature required. If nobody's home to receive delivery, your item will be taken to post office, please contact your local post office within 7 business days to schedule redelivery. If you do not wish to have your parcel signature required upon delivery, please contact us before it is dispatched. If the parcel is returned to us and you would like to arrange a redelivery, the postage will be at customer's responsibility.

All US parcels are using combined service from DHL and USPS.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
