Welcome to Sage and Paige (the website) which is owned and operated by Sage and Paige Collective Pty Ltd (A.B.N 16 637 196 975) (we, us, our, or Sage and Paige). Sage and Paige is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each clause of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.

When a Customer (you) shop with us or access our services and our websites, these terms apply. They’re important for both you and us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful information. Of course, if you need anything else, get in touch with us – we always love to hear from you!

Sage and Paige reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions of use at any time, so please remember to check again before you shop, as the latest set will apply. As a Customer, you agree to be bound by such changes and modifications, revisions made from us from time to time.

We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions to the website ( We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise interruptions and delays. However, we cannot warrant the availability of the website at all times or any given time. We may without notice at any time discontinue the website in whole or in part. However, Sage and Paige Collective Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Orders and Payments

We only accept an order once the payment has been approved and we have debited the nominated payment card or payment account. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order once your order is made successfully.

When placing an order, please make sure all details provided are complete and accurate. If we are given incorrect information (e.g. email, contact number, shipping address, etc) at the time of purchase, the Customer is responsible for any additional expense that occurs when involving third-parties in correcting the order. We are not liable for any errors made by a third-party courier company once the items are dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price (in the acknowledgement email). Please be assured that we will get in touch with you if there is any issue with your order.

For fraud prevention, some orders may be subject to further investigation. We may contact the Customer to request for additional identification or information to verify the transaction. If the Customer refuses to respond with required information, Sage and Paige reserves the right to cancel the order without being liable for any loss or inconvenience the Customer may encounter as the result of the cancelled order.


The currency used for all transactions on is Australian Dollars (AUD) and the prices include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This is applicable to all orders containing an Australian shipping or billing address. The order value for international orders are subject to exchange rate based on the payment methods you use.

Dispatch Orders and Shipping

Sage and Paige processes orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in New South Wales. Orders placed before 3pm on the day will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next business day, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

An email with a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped out. We will keep you updated as much as we can so that you can track your parcel’s progress.

Acceptance of Goods

On receiving the order, the Customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify Sage and Paige, as soon as possible. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellation

Sage and Paige reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reasons (e.g. technical errors, fraudulent activities, unavailability, etc). Sage and Paige will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Customer using the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method. Sage and Paige is not liable for compensation for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as the result of a cancelled order.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Sage and Paige reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Sage and Paige will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the original payment method.

Intellectual Property Right

Sage and Paige owns and has the permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Websites, Social Media and the contents (these include databases, titles, names, designs, illustrations, graphics, texts and images, etc).

No one is allowed to use any part of our Website or Social Media for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

Your use of the Websites does not grant you a licence or act as a right of use the Sage and Paige logo or any Sage and Paige brand or trade marks (or any marks which are colourably similar), whether registered or unregistered, without our express permission.

We will not hesitate to enforce our intellectual property rights against you, in the event that you do any of the above acts.

Social Media Policy

If you tag any images with any of our brand social media handles, you are voluntarily submitting the content and giving Sage and Paige the unrestricted right to use it in any capacity without limitation and compensation. Sage and Paige, in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts it considers offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam.

Sales and Discounts

All sales products are available while stocks last. They are subject to change without notice. The most up-to-date prices will be listed on the website. All products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

For spend and save deals, discounts are applied at checkout. The advertised discounts will only be applied to eligible items in your cart, but you may reach spend thresholds with items not eligible for the promotion.

Sales and Promotions are subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

Promotion Codes

The applicability and conditions of promotion codes are subject to each promotion event.


Promotion Terms

These terms and conditions are for all entrants who enter the $600 ‘Wardrobe’ Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The “Promoter” is Sage and Paige (ABN: 16 637 196 975). The address is U9, 30 Maddox st, Alexandria, 2015.


This Promotion is open worldwide. The employees and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings, step-sibling, step-child, in-laws and spouse of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) of the Promoter, are not eligible to participate or win.

Promotion Period

This Promotion commences at 9:00 am on Monday 18th of July 2020 AEST and ends at 5:00 pm on Sunday 16th August 2020 AEST (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, simply:

  • Follow Sage and Paige Instagram account
  • Tag a friend on our ‘Wardrobe’ Giveaway Promotion page under comment section
  • Make sure the tagged friend follows our Instagram account as well

Limits on Entry

One entry permitted per eligible person and his/her tagged person.

Draw Details

The draw will be conducted in the Promoter’s office on Monday 17th August 2020 AEST. One entrant selected randomly from the entrants pool with one of tagged friends are winners. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in case of an invalid entry.


2 x $300 Sage and Paige Gift Cards (one gift card for each winner). The total prize pool is valued at $600.00.

Winner Notification

The winners will be notified on Instagram (within 24 hours after the Draw). We will publish the winners’ names and Instagram handles on the company’s Instagram account The winners must contact Sage and Paige via Instagram within 72 hours of being notified to claim their prizes providing their email addresses. The gift card codes will then be sent by email in 2 business days.


Incomplete, unauthentic or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the entrant.

Sage and Paige reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. We may need to suspend or cancel the promotion if we become unable to conduct it as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control.

Sage and Paige excludes all liabilities for any loss or damage directly, indirectly, or consequentially arising in connection with the promotion.

In the event that the prizes are not claimed within the stipulated time, it will be considered forfeited. The prize gift cards have a validation period of 3 years from the date of issue and are subject to Terms and Conditions. The prizes must be used by the winners and are not exchangeable and transferrable.

In the event that the Promotion is unexpectedly interfered by any means which are beyond the control of the Promoter due to such as technical difficulties, fraud, etc., the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrants and/or suspend the Promotion.

Sage and Paige does not bear the responsibility for any technical errors, such as hardware or software malfunctions, unstable or loss of network connections, corrupted or delayed data transmissions, or unexpected schedule changes that may compromise the entrants’ ability to participate the Promotion, even if it is caused by Sage and Paige’s negligence.

The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter may need to collect personal information about entrants and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.


By using the Website, you agree to indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any Liability (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • your breach of these Terms and Conditions; and
  • any Claim that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
