Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders on the same day if it is placed before 2:00PM AEST (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on a business day, and on the next business day otherwise, excluding weekends and public holidays. If the order is placed on Friday after 2:00PM AEST or public holidays, the order will be dispatched on the following business day. Shipping days do not include public holidays.
Note that there may be a delay during high-volume or sale periods.
Sage and Paige is not responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels once the order is shipped. To ensure our parcels are delivered to you safely and securely, all our parcels are signature required. If nobody's home to receive delivery, your item will be taken to post office, please contact your local post office within 7 business days to schedule redelivery. If you do not wish to have your parcel signature required upon delivery, please contact us before it is dispatched. If the parcel is returned to us and you would like to arrange a redelivery, the postage will be at customer's responsibility.

Tracking and Shipping Method
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
All US parcels are using combined service from DHL and USPS.
Sage and Paige is not responsible for any delay due to public holidays, customs, courier transit errors, and other unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.

The customer will responsible for any custom and import duties/taxes charges. All the applicable charges must be paid by you even if you refuse to shipment upon the delivery. The package will be sent back to us if you refused to pay the additional fee, and the extra shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Taxes & Duties
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Other Shipping Terms
Sage and Paige is not responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels once the order is shipped. Please ensure that the correct shipping information is provided upon check out as Sage and Paige cannot provide reimbursements for packages not received due to incorrect shipping information.
Sage and Paige does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Postage and shipping cost are not refundable.
